Terms of Service Agreement
This Terms of Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Shubbak Technologies, a Software Development corporation (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), and the user of the Acumen CRM software (“User” or “you”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Acumen CRM software (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Acumen CRM software is a customer relationship management tool designed to manage leads, customer database and effective communication. The Service may be accessed through web browsers, and mobile browsers.
3. User Accounts
(a) To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
(b) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Use of the Service
(a) You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
(b) You may not use the Service to engage in any activity that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the functionality of the Service.
(c) You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
5. Payment and Subscription
(a) Certain features of the Service may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page.
(b) Subscription plans may automatically renew unless canceled by you. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before it renews to avoid billing.
6. Intellectual Property
(a) The Acumen CRM software, including all related intellectual property rights, is and will remain the property of the Company.
(b) You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. Termination
(a) The Company may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or use, incurred by you or any third party.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
12. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
